The Singapore Government awards various scholarships to attract and develop talents to serve in the public service. Scholarships for undergraduate studies , both local and overseas, are offered by the Public Service Commission (PSC), ministries and statutory boards. In general, the scholarships cover tuition fees and maintenance allowance. Scholars would typically serve in the respective government agency upon completion of their studies.
