SDF EasyNet 
SDF provides financial assistance to employers to encourage them to train and upgrade the skills of their workers. This is to equip workers with the necessary capabilities to substain Singapore's competitiveness and economic growth.

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training and Promotion
Online registration for Occupational Safety and Health training courses
Critical Infocomm Technology Resource Programme (CITREP)
CITREP is a training incentive programme to equip Singapore Infocomm professionals with critical, emerging and specialised skills and gain recognition to their competency.
Re-employment Assistance Programme (REAP)
Re-employment Assistance Programme for Singaporeans (REAP) is a programme aimed at helping unemployed Singaporeans, especially those at risk of structural unemployment, to find and stay on in new jobs.
Place-Train-Adjust-Programme (PTAP)
The "Place-Train-Adjust-Programme (PTAP) for F&B - Oriental Cuisine" is a collaboration between WDA and the Restaurant Association of Singapore (RAS).

This programme provides trainees with a salary while they learn relevant Culinary Skills or Food & Beverage knowledge for Oriental Cuisine that will enable them to serve as Kitchen Assistants or Waiters / Waitresses.

The aim is to create a pool of skilled local workers for better competitiveness in Chiness restaurants, plug vacancies in Oriental Cuisine and retain skilled local workers in the industry.
Strategic Manpower Conversion Programme (Healthcare)
Targeted at augmenting the pool of healthcare manpower.
Singapore Workforce skills Qualifications (WSQ)
As an Employer, your organisation can reap the benefits of WSQ by sending your staff for training and assessment under the WSQ.

An employer can either send its staff to an external Approved Training Organisation or provide the training internally if they meet the required criteria as an Approved Training Organisation itself.
SME Manpower Scheme (For PMEs with at least 5 years MNC experience)
The SME Manpower Scheme aims to help enhance the manpower capability of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) to fuel their growth and to encourage local PMEs to view SMEs as a viable and sustainable employment opportunity.
ADVANTAGE!
As part of the efforts of the Tripartite Committee on Employability of Older Workers (Tricom), the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) is implementing the ADVANTAGE! Scheme over the next 2 years.  The Scheme aims to encourage companies to employ mature workers over 40 years old, or re-employ workers beyond the age of 62 years.
