Apply for Learning Infrastructure Development Grants
These are incentives made available to your company and industry associations for you to establish industry-specific training centres and training programmes that are not readily available in the market. There are 2 Manpower Development Assistance Schemes your company can apply for:

	Learning Infrastructure Development
	Critical Training Progamme Development

Learning Infrastructure Development
Description	Helps industry associations or leading companies to develop a learning infrastructure that will meet their own industry-specific training needs. Such development is co-funded by the government and the industry
Eligibility Criteria	Applicants must be Singapore-registered companies or societies in any of the following categories: Industry/trade or employer associations/ professional bodies or group of companies seeking to provide training for critical industries or skill areas as identified by the government Companies with strengths in certain areas and which are interested in sharing their expertise with other players in the same industry or in the same value-chain through the expansion of their corporate training outfit
Funding Support	Up to 70% of funding support for following areas: Renovations of facilities for training purposes Purchase of equipment and machinery necessary for training over the first 3 years Basic salary of the executive director for the first 3 years subject to a cap of $10,000 monthly basic remuneration

Critical Training Progamme Development
Description	Helps to develop training programmes for critical skills areas in your industry where there is a lack of available courseware. The courseware developed should also benefit other companies in the industry.
Eligibility Criteria	Applicants should fall under the following categories: Organisations seeking to provide training for critical industries or skill areas as identified by the government Companies with strengths in certain areas and which are interested in sharing their expertise with other players in the same industry or in the same value-chain through the development of new training programme that will be offered to other industry player
Funding Support	Up to 70% of qualifying costs or up to a cap of $20,000, whichever is lower. Allowable costs include: Curriculum development, including consultancy support Trainers' development Set-up costs, including the purchase of equipment relevant to the programme
