National Trades Union Congress (NTUC)
NTUC provides various courses for workers training. Examples are computer courses, basic education courses (e.g. English, Maths etc.) and general skills courses (e.g. CREST).

The British Council
The British Council runs many courses for companies and their employees. For blue collar workers, it runs a series of workplace communication skills courses. For professionals, they can take advantage of short courses, including CREST, or longer courses that are run in Singapore on behalf of British universities.
