Tourism Management Institute of Singapore (TMIS)
TMIS is the training arm of the National Association of Travel Agents (NATAS). Through the years, it has been addressing the needs of different aspects of the tourism industry with programmes ranging from customer service and human resource management to reservations and ticketing to tour operations.
Singapore Tourism Board (STB)
