MOM recognises the need to develop a Work-Life friendly culture in Singapore. Hence, have set up a Work-Life Works! (WoW!) Fund as an incentive to employers to offer more work-life practices and create a family-friendly work environment.

The government will co-fund the costs incurred for approved projects, subject to a cap of $30,000 per project per organisation.
