Primary Education
Under the Singapore Education System, primary education in Singapore consists of a four-year foundation stage from Primary One to Four and a two-year orientation stage from Primary Five to Six.

Secondary Education
Under the Singapore Education System, pupils who take the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) and who are eligible for secondary education, will be channelled to either one of three secondary school courses according to their PSLE results.

Post-Secondary Education
Upon completion of their GCE 'O' Level Examinations, students can apply for entry to a junior college, a centralised institute, ITE or Polytechnic.
